Registration for Convention is now open!
Early Registration Prizes
The Fraternity is excited to announce the opportunity for Convention prizes to those who take advantage of early registration!
Each early registrant will have the opportunity to win one of five prizes at the 2012 Convention:
- A 10% discount on store merchandise throughout convention.
- $25 Convention hotel coffee shop gift card.
- Breakfast with the Chief Operating Officer, Jeremy Evans, at Convention.
- Invitation to a VIP reception at Convention.
- A one-of-a-kind Sinfonia Store item.
These prizes will only be available to early registrants, so it’s even more incentive to sign up early. Early registration ends December 31.
Programs and Cost
Early registrants will also benefit from the lowest Convention cost, and the same as the 2009 Convention, of $299 for alumni members and $249 for collegiate members.
Thereafter, registration will be $319 for alumni members and $269 for collegiate members until late registration begins (with a late registration fee) in late spring 2012.
For those who can’t pay the entire amount at one time, you can reserve your Convention spot for as little as $75, then make additional payments later.
Early registration will also allow first choice on the Convention’s many programs. Many of these will be open to all attendees, but others will have limited space due to presenter requests. All registrants will be able to participate in and attend various programs, as well as the many music ensembles that are taking place at Convention.
